Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Manager to lead and support the delivery, optimisation and governance of SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions for a large-scale transformation programme. This is a contract role based in Ireland, working with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and rollout of SAP IBP solutions (e.g. Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP / Response & Supply).
• Act as the functional lead and primary SAP IBP subject matter expert.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable IBP solutions.
• Manage stakeholders across supply chain, planning, finance and IT functions.
• Oversee configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities.
• Provide leadership to IBP consultants and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Support data integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and related planning systems.
• Drive best practices, continuous improvement and user adoption.
• Support cutover, hypercare and post-go-live optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP IBP Manager / Lead on large-scale implementations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
• End-to-end understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed or global environments.
• Previous contract experience preferred.
